“ What a great place for Malaysian food. We have passed this location many times and we finally visited the restaurant for an early supper. We were greated right away and seated quickly. The restaurant was well decorated and the staff friendly and accommodating. We were served drinks and leisurely reviewed the menu. Wow what choices!! We all chose 4 main dishes and added calamari to start and coconut rice to accompany our mains. We ordered lemon chicken, eggplant dish, noodles, and ribs. We didn't have to wait too long and our food was delivered by a cat robot. So cute and funny!!! I would totally go again to taste the soup as it looked so yummy!! We were all stuffed as the dishes were perfectly sized for 4 people. Excellent choice for supper! ”
“ Very nice Food. All food that was serve to us was delicious. And also the place is nice and clean they have a serving robot too. ”
“ My wife and I are no foreigners to asian cuisine but the Malaysian food from Tropika really sets itself apart from Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Filipino, etc. All of the dishes are very attractive and use a lot of colors. We tried 3 dishes that we were completely unfamiliar with (a fish, a pork, and a noodle), and we were pleasantly surprised by all of them! Portions were quite reasonable for the price, and the flavors were very distinct. We'll definitely return to try other menu items. ”
“ We were craving for Laksa and we found a gem. Excellent food with impeccable service. We had Vegetable Laksa and Shrimp fried rich. Hope they have Halal options but they don’t have. Hope they will add Halal options soon to attract more muslim customers. ”
“ Food was awesome. We read a lot.of the reviews and asked family from south east Asia that had been. Not disappointed. We had the Singapore Laksa, Sambal fried noodles, pineapple fried rice, roti, 2 satay skewers, and the Sayur Lemak hot pot (AMAZING!!!). Service was super friendly and food came quick. They were fairly busy and lots of skip orders. When the restaurant is filled with 70 percent with people from S.E. Asia is always a good sign. We were stuffed and took 3 containers home. For 3 of us it came to 105 including a thai beer. Plus tip. We definitely over ordered and could have skipped ordering at least one or two things and we would have still been full. Highly recommend. Sorry forgot to take pics ”
“ Foods were really good and a clean washroom! Appreciated their service too. ”
“ Omg hands down a great place to have a meal and just the positive vibe is amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful place. You got to try the Singapore Laksa, Peppercorn Pork, Roti and honestly everything on the menu is delicious! Go try it, you won’t regret it! So so good!!! ”
“ I hadn't been here for 15 years. Wow it was changed. The decor was definitely more modern... complete with serving robot. The food was fantastic. We stayed with beef and chicken stays with peanut sauce. Tender meat, yummy sauce. My wife and I both preferred the chicken. We also had the calamari. It came out fast and tided us over. The mains were Singapore Laksa with mixed veg and Sayer Lamak hot pot. Both were very good but the coconut broth in the hot pot dish was phenomenol. Highly recommended. ”
